  I have never felt so disrespected going to a well known tuxedo store. When I went in the first time, the staff was really attentive and polite. I called to make an appointment on a Sunday to bring my fiance and they told me I don't need one because they were open and I can just walk in anytime. When I came in the second time with my fiance, the staff was rude and never helped or catered to us. So I decided to make and appointment and spoke directly with their wedding expert. We arrive the day of our appointment and they were really rude. The man I scheduled an appointment with was not even there. So they said they will take care of us until he arrives. They then left us and never spoke to us for 20 minutes. Its not like they were busy either. The store was empty and when we asked for help, they treated us badly. I was so excited after the first meeting because they were so nice, but now I'm extremely disappointed by their lack of care for our business.
