  I ordered 2 Italian made Christmas ornaments for Baby's First Christmas. The artist was in town Dec. 2 to personally sign them. One ornament was perfect. The second ornament was difficult to find when I went to pick them up but they did eventually locate it. When I got home, I discovered the "lost" ornament was not signed by the artist. Of course, they didn't point this out to me in the store. I called and spoke to the owner. She said "What would you like me to do about it? It was a human error. You're just going to have to live with one signed and one un-signed ornament. Maybe the artist will come back next year and you can get it signed then". I trusted they would handle the purchased ornaments and signing by the artist. They assured me "they do it all the time". It was a very disappointing experience. Their response was even more disappointing. They've lost a customer. Buyers beware!
