I had a vintage family heirloom to restore and so I went straight to him. He is not at all condescending or flip (as is the Tappers sales staff--I *refuse* to do business with them). He,his watchmaker, and his staff (I dealt with Dwayne) all knew the complexity of the job and were happy to do custom work as needed. I'd recommend them to anyone.
