  I just want to express my appreciation to the helpful individuals I recently dealt with at California Closets. Although it has been many years since the installation of my units, Natasha was more than willing to assist me via a telephone conversation, to find a way for new carpeting to be placed in a room with the California Closets wardrobe (which is on legs). She set up an appointment with Dwayne, who came out very promptly. He assessed the situation and was back the same afternoon with a fix for my problem. He was extremely courteous, and an outstanding example of your Customer Service policy. THANK YOU.

  Leo listened to my ideas and provided valuable feedback. The installer arrived promptly at 8:30am and did a perfect install. He worked very hard and was extremely conscientious. We are so happy with the new functionality of our bedroom closets and pantry.
